Associate Director, Client Services – Fund Administration

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, people‑first financial services firm to recruit an Associate Director for its Client Services team. The role is based in London and operates on a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with remote work. You will own the delivery of company secretarial and fund administration services for private‑equity and real‑estate client structures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all day‑to‑day operational and transactional client service activities across a portfolio of private‑equity and real‑estate funds.
• Maintain primary responsibility for client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and escalation.
• Manage and develop a small team, setting priorities, monitoring performance and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to uphold best‑in‑class service standards.
• Drive operational improvement initiatives and support business transformation projects.
• Navigate and resolve challenging or conflicting situations with discretion.
• Ensure compliance with information‑security and data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in fund administration or fund services, preferably at Associate Director, Senior Manager or Director level.
• Strong background in private‑equity and/or real‑estate fund administration, with solid understanding of related structures and services.
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Extensive experience handling senior client relationships and acting as escalation point.
• Good knowledge of UK corporate legislation and regulatory framework.
