Associate Director – Deal Services (Due Diligence)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead our Deal Services team, focusing on financial due‑diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. You will work closely with clients, oversee fieldwork, and deliver high‑quality analysis that supports successful deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagement processes from inception to delivery.
• Provide oversight and direction to fieldwork teams.
• Conduct financial analysis of target businesses and produce due‑diligence reports.
• Act as the liaison lead during deal execution, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
• Develop and maintain industry and economic expertise to enhance the quality of advice.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Transaction Services and financial due‑diligence.
• Track record of producing high‑quality due‑diligence reports.
• Strong curiosity about business operations and solid understanding of deal mechanics.
• High level of accuracy, diligence, integrity, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent critical‑thinking abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
