Fixed‑term contract at Bumble, the Love Company building products that help people form healthy, equitable relationships. The Associate Director, FP&A sits at the heart of growth investment, partnering closely with Marketing to turn bold ideas into clear plans, smart trade‑offs and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically partner with Marketing leadership to shape growth and investment strategies, leading annual planning, forecasts and ad‑hoc deep‑dives.
• Build and evolve ROI and investment models (e.g., CAC/LTV, payback, funnel and cohort dynamics) to guide prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Own variance analysis, identify performance drivers and influence actions that maximise business outcomes.
• Manage risks and opportunities through disciplined scenario planning and provide clear performance visibility across Marketing and the wider business.
• Lead, develop and coach a high‑trust FP&A team, fostering an inclusive environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of commercial finance/FP&A experience with strong business partnering skills.
• Proven people‑leadership experience (3+ years managing a team of 4+).
• Demonstrated ability to present concise, compelling recommendations to senior leaders.
• Agile mindset, curiosity and a commitment to excellence.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and ROI modelling for Marketing investments.
• Proficiency with AI tools in a finance context to accelerate analysis and scenario exploration.
• Scenario planning and data‑driven decision‑making.
