Associate Director – Strategic Intelligence (EMEA)

About the role

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is a growing strategic intelligence firm based in London. We are looking for an Associate Director to lead our EMEA team, delivering high‑impact intelligence that supports business leaders and investors in making informed decisions on transactions, M&A, regulatory changes and senior appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the most demanding client engagements and complex, multi‑sector projects.
• Work with deal teams to assess commercial and political risks for major transactions.
• Leverage a global network of human sources to gather actionable insights.
• Identify and onboard new sources to expand the intelligence community.
• Conduct enhanced commercial due diligence and synthesize findings into high‑quality reports.
• Lead execution teams, mentor junior colleagues and present findings to C‑suite clients.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in strategic intelligence, law, finance, consulting, corporate strategy, government or related fields.
• Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of European political and regulatory trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Academic background demonstrating strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
