Associate – Discretionary Investment Specialist

About the role
Man Group is seeking an Associate to lead investment content creation for its Discretionary flagship funds, focusing on liquid public credit. You will become the go‑to expert for a set of funds, producing high‑quality marketing and technical materials for both institutional and retail clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a full range of investment collateral, including fund marketing materials, performance commentaries, and sales enablement content.
- Shape compelling product messaging to position strategies competitively.
- Provide ongoing technical expertise as a subject‑matter expert to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate market events, performance updates, and product milestones.
- Partner with Discretionary portfolio management, CPM, and other key teams to ensure impactful, high‑quality content.
Required profile
- Ability to produce high‑quality professional materials quickly and efficiently.
- Strong relationship‑building skills to become a trusted source for sales and investment teams.
