Associate Engineer – Finance & People Technology

About the role

Man Group is seeking an Associate Engineer to join its Finance & People Technology team. Reporting to the Finance & People Technology Lead, you will support the day‑to‑day engineering, operation and continuous improvement of the SaaS estate that underpins both finance and HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the SaaS platforms that support finance and people processes.
• Work across a portfolio of best‑in‑class tools, including Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, Kyriba, FloQast and Workato.
• Design, implement and optimise integrations and data flows between systems.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.

Required profile

• Associate‑level engineer with an interest in finance and HR technology.
• Ability to work across multiple SaaS platforms and understand end‑to‑end data flows.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and collaborative attitude.
