About the role

We are seeking an Associate Family Solicitor to join our full‑service law firm in Chester city centre, offering hybrid working flexibility. You will become a key member of our highly regarded private family team, managing your own caseload of family matters.

Key responsibilities

Handle a diverse portfolio of private family law cases independently.
Provide strategic advice and representation to clients in family disputes.
Contribute to the growth and development of the family team.
Support and mentor junior team members as needed.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience in private family law.
Proven ability to manage cases autonomously with minimal supervision.
Strong client‑focused approach and business development mindset.
