About the role

Sinclair is seeking an ambitious Associate HR Business Partner to join its growing HR team in London. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager EMEA, you will work closely with managers and employees across the London office, supporting a full range of people initiatives and gaining hands‑on experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and employees to provide day‑to‑day HR guidance and support.
  • Assist with workforce planning, recruitment coordination and organisational needs.
  • Handle employee‑relations matters and support performance‑management processes.
  • Contribute to talent development, succession planning and learning initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion programmes.
  • Help drive organisational change initiatives and people‑focused projects.
  • Analyse HR data and prepare reports to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure a consistent employee experience.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP capacity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about people, employee experience and building trusted relationships.

Required skills

  • Experience with HR systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
