Associate – Investor Relations – Private Credit

About the role

This position supports the Investor Relations team of a global alternative investment manager, focusing on private credit products. You will work closely with investment, reporting and client teams to deliver high‑quality, client‑facing materials and respond to investor enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain investor presentations, fund brochures and talking points with accurate data.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for client meetings, LPAC sessions and co‑investment opportunities.
• Draft timely responses to regular and ad‑hoc investor enquiries on portfolio holdings and strategy positioning.
• Track timelines and deliverables, ensuring on‑time completion across contributors.
• Collate inputs from investment, reporting and client teams to address information requests.
• Synthesise market and portfolio insights into clear, client‑ready content.
• Own quality control of all client‑facing outputs.
• Adopt a proactive approach to problem‑solving and handle sensitive client matters with sound judgement.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a client‑facing role within institutional asset management.
• Strong interest in markets, leveraged finance and private credit concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
