About the role
This is a rare opportunity to join a newly‑forming London team within a leading European investment firm. You will work directly with senior partners on large‑cap, majority and minority transactions across healthcare, life‑sciences and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Support evaluation and execution of investments across Europe.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
- Conduct commercial and strategic analysis, including market deep‑dives and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate due‑diligence processes with advisors and management teams.
- Assist portfolio companies post‑acquisition on strategic initiatives and add‑on opportunities.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in top‑tier investment banking (M&A or leveraged finance) and/or private‑equity.
- Strong academic record with demonstrable high achievement.
- Genuine interest in healthcare, life‑sciences and technology sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build a London presence.
- Collaborative, low‑ego, intellectually curious attitude.
