About the role
Join the academic team at Bath Spa University’s London campus to deliver high‑quality, inclusive education in Business and Management. You will support a diverse cohort of students, helping them build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for a range of business careers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver well‑structured teaching sessions that clarify business concepts.
- Facilitate active, inclusive learning environments that engage all students.
- Provide clear academic guidance, especially around assessments and good academic practice.
- Conduct fair, consistent marking and give constructive, criteria‑aligned feedback.
- Contribute to academic quality through standardisation, moderation, and collaborative module delivery.
Required profile
- Proven excellence in teaching practice with the ability to build understanding progressively.
- Strong pedagogical awareness, especially for learners from non‑traditional backgrounds.
- Clear, effective communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Expertise in assessment and feedback that supports student development.
- Commitment to student progression and academic success.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £20.10, with a possible multiplier of up to 2.5 depending on workload.
