About the role

Join the academic team at Bath Spa University’s London campus to deliver high‑quality, inclusive education in Business and Management. You will support a diverse cohort of students, helping them build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for a range of business careers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver well‑structured teaching sessions that clarify business concepts.
• Facilitate active, inclusive learning environments that engage all students.
• Provide clear academic guidance, especially around assessments and good academic practice.
• Conduct fair, consistent marking and give constructive, criteria‑aligned feedback.
• Contribute to academic quality through standardisation, moderation, and collaborative module delivery.

Required profile

• Proven excellence in teaching practice with the ability to build understanding progressively.
• Strong pedagogical awareness, especially for learners from non‑traditional backgrounds.
• Clear, effective communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
• Expertise in assessment and feedback that supports student development.
• Commitment to student progression and academic success.
