About the role

Join a vibrant team at Chichester College Group as an Associate Lecturer in the Inclusion Gateway, supporting young people in Brighton who have experienced challenges in education or have specific learning needs. You will help them achieve their full potential through creative, adaptive teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team to ensure each learner’s goals are met.
• Utilise the sensory garden space to create inclusive, hands‑on learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Knowledge of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and inclusive practice.
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning principles, especially adaptive methods.
• Enthusiasm and energy to work with a varied cohort of learners.
