Associate Pension Consultant

About the role

This is a great opportunity to join one of the market's fastest‑growing and highly regarded professional services firms as an Associate Pension Consultant. You will support the governance of occupational pension schemes, including defined benefit, defined contribution, Master Trust and PPF arrangements, working closely with trustees, advisers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Pension scheme governance and oversight
• Coordinate trustee meetings and take minutes
• Regulatory reporting and compliance activities
• Governance reviews and benchmarking
• Project management and stakeholder liaison
• Data analysis and documentation management
• Member case reviews and dispute resolution support

Required profile

• Experience with defined benefit (DB) and/or defined contribution (DC) pension schemes
• Strong governance and regulatory awareness
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of PPF arrangements (desirable)
• Working towards a pensions qualification (advantageous)

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
