Associate People Business Partner – 4‑Month Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate People Business Partner to join a high‑profile workforce mobilisation programme. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will support the People Business Partner and senior stakeholders in delivering strategic people initiatives for a workforce of over 150 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior managers and HR specialists to implement workforce and people plans.
• Coordinate recruitment, employee relations, reward and organisational change initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, track progress and manage risks.
• Monitor delivery against agreed timelines and provide regular updates.
• Analyse people data to identify trends and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Associate HR Business Partner in a complex organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver HR initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, including risk and dependency management.
• Experience collaborating with specialist HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, Reward and Employee Relations.
• Confident influencing senior managers on a wide range of people matters.
