Associate Product Manager

About the role

PANTA is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own and shape its next‑generation Index Operating System. Working closely with the Head of Product, you will drive the product from discovery through to live, client‑facing functionality, acting as the primary product voice for sophisticated institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and translate core platform workflows into clear requirements and specifications.
• Lead features from concept to production, partnering with engineering and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Conduct client trials and proofs of concept, building demo environments and turning feedback into product decisions.
• Serve as the trusted product contact for strategic partners and early clients, collaborating with quant, risk, and portfolio teams.
• Help shape the product roadmap, including the application of AI to index methodology and construction.

Required profile

• Several years of product experience (or equivalent experience bringing technical/financial products to market).
• Strong understanding of capital markets, indexing, asset management, or financial data sufficient to engage sophisticated buyers.
• Proven ability to run discovery work and turn ambiguous client needs into shipped products.
• Excellent written communication, structured thinking, and comfort working directly with institutional clients.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with a fast‑paced startup environment.
