Associate – Real Estate Private Credit (London)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate to join a top‑tier real‑estate private credit fund in London. The role offers hands‑on experience in screening, underwriting and executing property‑backed bridging and medium‑term loans across the UK and Ireland, working closely with senior deal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the screening, underwriting and execution of real‑estate‑backed loan transactions.
• Assess lending opportunities and deliver commercial recommendations to senior team members.
• Prepare investment memoranda, including opportunity analysis, due‑diligence findings and risk assessments.
• Review transaction documentation to ensure financial and commercial terms are accurately captured.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in UK real‑estate investments or banking.
• Strong cash‑flow modelling capability.
• Excellent sales and relationship‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
