Associate Real Estate Solicitor (NQ‑2 PQE) – Cambridge

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a newly qualified solicitor or associate (up to two years PQE) to join its thriving Real Estate team in Cambridge. You will work alongside partners and senior lawyers on high‑value commercial property matters for a sophisticated client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with property investment acquisitions and disposals for buyers and sellers.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including negotiating new business leases.
• Conduct property due diligence for real‑estate finance and corporate transactions.
• Support asset‑management tasks such as lease renewals, surrenders, easements, licences and portfolio management.
• Work across sectors including office, retail, science & technology, mixed‑use, hotels and leisure.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with up to two years PQE in commercial property or real‑estate law.
• Strong grounding in real‑estate and commercial property law.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, commercial approach to problem‑solving and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Interest in legal technology and AI‑driven client service.
