Associate Recruitment Consultant – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Reading. This entry‑level position offers a clear pathway into the recruitment industry, allowing you to develop your own client and candidate portfolio while supporting senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and proactive headhunting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Assist senior consultants on live vacancies, write job adverts and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct interviews and prepare candidates for client assessment processes.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets through outbound calls, emails and networking.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a sales or target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, resilient and motivated by achieving results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance setting.
• Strong ambition to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
