About the role

Join Virtus Talent as an Associate Recruitment Consultant and help match top IT and technology talent with leading organisations across the UK and Europe. You will work in a fast‑moving, commission‑driven environment where every placement you make directly contributes to your earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for a range of technology vacancies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client hiring managers.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Manage your candidate database and track progress against monthly revenue targets.
• Develop specialist knowledge in your assigned sector to become a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree or proven sales/commercial experience.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent time‑management and strong work ethic.
• Clear communication skills and a merit‑based mindset.

• Basic salary £27‑28K plus uncapped commission (up to 30% of billings).
