About the role
Join JCW’s growing London office as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. You will support senior recruiters in sourcing, qualifying and managing candidates for US banking, finance, regulatory, insurance, legal and quant markets, while developing the skills needed to become a full‑cycle 360° consultant.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior recruiters to identify and engage mid‑to‑senior‑level candidates across specialised US markets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates while learning recruitment fundamentals and market operations.
- Support business development activities and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
