Associate Recruitment Consultant – US Construction Executive Search

About the role

Join Virtus Talent as an Associate Recruitment Consultant and support executive‑level hiring for US construction and infrastructure projects. You will work from our London office, gaining hands‑on training while building pipelines of senior talent for high‑value, multi‑million‑dollar assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior construction professionals across the United States.
• Map organisations, develop talent pipelines and manage candidate journeys for executive placements.
• Support retained search mandates for leading construction firms.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, including Project Executives and C‑suite professionals.

Required profile

• Graduate or sales background with strong communication abilities.
• Interest in the US market and executive‑level recruitment.
• Highly driven, competitive and comfortable working in a target‑based environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £27,000‑£30,000 plus uncapped commission (up to 35% of fees).
• Year‑1 OTE around £40,000 with clear progression to Director level.
