Associate Regional Pricing Analyst – EMEA

About the role

As an Associate Regional Pricing Analyst you will support pricing strategies and financial decisions across the EMEA region. Based in Hatfield, you will ensure pricing data is accurate and analysis is robust to help the business operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update pricing databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the preparation and analysis of pricing models for the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide pricing insights and recommendations.
• Assist in monitoring market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports to support decision‑making processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and external regulations.
• Provide administrative support for pricing‑related projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes and tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field within the life‑science industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
• Organised approach to handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
