Associate Relationship Manager – Mid Markets (Midlands)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to support a growth portfolio within our Mid‑Market segment (turnover £50m‑£500m) across the Midlands. Working alongside experienced Relationship Directors, you will help deliver tailored banking solutions and drive new‑business origination.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings (virtual or in‑person), prepare agendas, and follow up on actions.
• Support the lending journey, identify high‑value opportunities and propose appropriate product solutions.
• Assist with credit reviews, facility changes and onboarding of new clients.
• Use financial account analysis to contribute to credit proposals and monitor risk.
• Collaborate with key introducers and advisors to bring new‑to‑bank relationships into the portfolio.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in relationship management within the Mid‑Market segment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and prioritize customer needs.
• Good understanding of financial statements and credit assessment processes.
