Associate Research Director

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Research Director to lead multiple FMCG product testing accounts, drive client success, and grow revenue. Reporting to the Research Director, you will combine strategic thinking with commercial instincts to shape high‑impact sensory and consumer research across a range of categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3‑4 FMCG testing accounts, ensuring client retention, delight, and account growth.
• Achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts and develop proactive risk‑mitigation plans.
• Oversee timely, accurate, and high‑quality project delivery for the account team.
• Lead the development and delivery of complex proposals, tenders, and regional/global projects.
• Provide strategic, story‑led recommendations based on client feedback, market trends, and project performance.
• Line‑manage 2‑3 Research Managers, handling workload allocation, resource planning, coaching, and career development.

• Proven experience leading teams and managing client accounts in the FMCG sector.
