Associate / Senior Commercial Solicitor (3-7 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Commercial Solicitor to join a nationally recognised commercial team. You will work on high‑value contracts, technology projects and strategic initiatives for leading UK and international organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Provide counsel on technology contracts, digital transformation and outsourcing arrangements.
• Support clients with strategic commercial initiatives and complex, business‑critical projects.
• Assist on large‑scale procurement and supply‑chain contracts.
• Build trusted relationships and act as an extension of clients' in‑house legal teams.
• Collaborate across practice areas on cross‑disciplinary matters.
• Contribute to business development and long‑term client relationship growth.
• Opportunity to undertake client secondments for in‑house experience.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years post‑qualification experience in commercial and/or technology law.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Strong technical understanding with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
• Confidence to manage matters independently while working within a national team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Genuine interest in innovation and technology.
