Associate Territory Manager – London & South East

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Territory Manager to drive patient acquisition and market share for a leading glucose monitoring system across London and the South East. You will work on‑site, building relationships with NHS Trusts and health boards to embed our digital ecosystem into local care pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting consultants, DSNs and clinical leads.
• Build and maintain partnerships with NHS Trusts and health boards to integrate solutions into guidelines.
• Educate physicians, nurses and patients on reporting suites to establish the product as standard of care.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade patient cohorts and drive sustainable sales growth.
• Analyse sales data and market intelligence to optimise territory performance.

Required profile

• Proven success in sales, negotiation and delivering high‑impact presentations.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work collaboratively within a regional team.
• Confident, outgoing and professional demeanor.

What we offer

• 12‑month contract (up to £31,000 per annum).
• Field‑based role, 37.5 hours per week (9 am‑5 pm).
