Associate/Senior Associate, Restructuring

About the role

Join Interpath Advisory’s fast‑growing London restructuring team as an Associate or Senior Associate. You will be involved in a variety of advisory, turnaround and insolvency assignments, working alongside experienced professionals on high‑profile, complex mandates across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements for corporates, lenders, investors and other stakeholders.
• Assist with formal insolvency appointments, advisory projects and restructuring engagements.
• Prepare financial analysis, cash‑flow forecasts, reports and presentations for client engagements and internal decision‑making.
• Conduct research and analysis on businesses, industries and restructuring options to inform recommendations.
• Manage day‑to‑day case administration, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in restructuring and financial advisory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Financial modelling and analysis.
