Audio Visual Channel Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Audio Visual Channel Sales Specialist to drive growth across the South of England. The role combines account management and business development, selling a broad portfolio of AV solutions through integrators and directly to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute profitable AV business plans in partnership with sales leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, partners and manufacturers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Manage customer expectations and enquiries throughout the sales cycle.
• Facilitate communication between end‑users, integrators, colleagues and leadership.
• Lead engagements to present the product portfolio to key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to support mutual success.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of direct solution sales experience in the AV industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong account‑management and business‑development capabilities.
• Ability to articulate technical benefits over price.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £40,000‑£45,000 per annum (negotiable) plus OTE up to £55,000.
• Car or car allowance, pension scheme and additional benefits.
• Opportunity to work remotely while covering the M25 region.
