Audio Visual Field Service Engineer – Residential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to deliver high‑end AV solutions for luxury residential properties across London and the South East. The role combines preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and on‑site client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled service checks and updates at client homes.
• Install, program and troubleshoot Crestron control systems.
• Integrate and configure Lutron lighting solutions.
• Set up and manage home IT networks, including Cisco equipment.
• Install and maintain Wyrestorm automation, screen/projector lifts, and multi‑room audio/home cinema systems.
• Assemble and service AV racks and digital media platforms.
• Provide expert fault finding and client‑facing support.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years residential AV experience.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to work independently.
• Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• Technical CV detailing all relevant equipment and hands‑on skills.
