Audio Visual Hire and Event Account Manager

About the role

This role offers an experienced AV professional the chance to move into a client‑facing, office‑based position, managing audio‑visual hire projects from the first enquiry through to delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to design practical AV solutions and ensure successful live events.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and recommend suitable AV solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage projects from enquiry through to successful completion
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery
• Develop your own client portfolio and identify growth opportunities
• Resolve project issues efficiently and professionally
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

Required profile

• Experience within the AV hire, live events or exhibition industry
• Good understanding of professional audio‑visual equipment and event production
• Commercial awareness and a customer‑focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong problem‑solving skills
