Audio Visual Project Manager – Residential & Hospitality

About the role

proAV Ltd is expanding its Residential & Hospitality division and seeks an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to lead client projects from design through commissioning. You will manage contracts, budgets, and technical delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple AV projects within budget and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain health & safety documentation and safe work practices.
• Design electronic, mechanical and optical system solutions using proven and innovative technologies.
• Oversee financial aspects, including invoicing, variations and cash flow.
• Source components, negotiate value‑for‑money purchases and manage supplier relationships.
• Integrate hardware and software AV interfaces into client buildings.
• Perform on‑site commissioning, configuration and programming.
• Represent proAV at senior levels with professional conduct.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Good understanding of contracts and commercial processes.
• Technical aptitude in electronics and AV systems.
• Ability to work flexibly across varied tasks and environments.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AMX, Crestron, Extron control systems.
• Experience with audio DSP, video‑conferencing platforms.
• Familiarity with KNX and Lutron lighting control.
• Understanding of IT networking and AV integration.
