Audio Visual Technician – London

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audio‑Visual Technician to join the AV team supporting one of the world’s largest international banks in London. You will help deliver seamless AV services across conference rooms, breakout spaces and auditoriums, ensuring a high‑quality visitor experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate AV equipment for large‑scale conferences, meetings and creative spaces.
• Support video‑conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lighting systems and sound‑mixing desks (Yamaha, Allen & Heath).
• Assist the AV team with day‑to‑day operations and routine maintenance.
• Provide technical support to internal users and ensure equipment readiness.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience in a 5‑star service or corporate environment.
• Ability to work shifts between 7 am and 10 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Audio‑visual equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Video‑conferencing tools: Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
• Lighting systems knowledge.
• Sound/Digital mixing desks: Yamaha, Allen & Heath.
• Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel.
