About the role

Specsavers is offering an ambitious audiologist or hearing‑aid dispenser the chance to become an Audiology Partner and co‑owner of its established Chichester practice. You will combine your clinical expertise with the autonomy and financial rewards of business ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the existing audiology business in Chichester.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers and the local community.
• Manage and motivate a dedicated support and clinical team.
• Drive performance, sales and service quality.
• Shape the strategic direction of the practice and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified audiologist or hearing‑aid dispenser with proven clinical experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and develop a business.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality hearing care.

Required skills

• Audiology assessment and diagnosis.
• Hearing‑aid fitting and dispensing.
• Use of clinical audiology technology.
