Audiology Partner / Hearcare Director – New Business Opening

About the role

Specsavers is launching a new audiology business within an existing store in Barnet and is seeking an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the Audiology Partner and Business Owner. You will lead the development of the service, build a team, and serve the local community while benefiting from a guaranteed salary and profit dividends.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow the audiology business from the ground up.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing clinical and retail team.
• Drive clinical and retail excellence to meet high‑quality standards.
• Develop and expand the customer base within the local community.
• Make day‑to‑day business decisions and oversee financial performance.

Required profile

• HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Passion for maintaining high‑quality clinical and retail standards.
• Ability to combine leadership, business acumen, and clinical expertise.
