Audiology Partner

About the role

Specsavers is offering an existing audiology business in Dover to an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser. As an Audiology Partner you will become the store director and business owner, responsible for maintaining the current customer base and driving further growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dedicated clinical and retail team.
• Deliver high‑quality audiology services and hearing aid fittings.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including financial performance and inventory.
• Make strategic decisions to expand the customer base and improve service offering.
• Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong leadership and business acumen combined with clinical expertise.
• Passion for serving the local community and maintaining high clinical standards.
