Audiology Partner – New Business Opening

About the role

Specsavers is launching a brand‑new audiology service within a fresh Optics store in Cockermouth, Cumbria. As an Audiology Partner you will own and run the audiology side of the business, building a profitable practice while serving the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and grow the audiology business from the ground up.
• Recruit, train and lead a team of clinicians and retail staff.
• Maintain high clinical and retail standards for hearing assessments and hearing‑aid fitting.
• Develop and nurture the customer base, ensuring excellent service and community engagement.
• Make day‑to‑day operational and strategic decisions to drive profitability.

Required profile

• HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong commitment to high‑quality clinical and retail standards.
• Ability to combine clinical expertise with business acumen and leadership.
