Audit & Accounts Manager – West London

About the role

We are seeking a qualified ACA or ACCA Audit & Accounts Manager to join a fast‑growing top‑accountancy practice in West London. Reporting to a Director, you will lead audit engagements across multiple sectors and support the firm’s General Practice function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver larger audit assignments, liaising with partners as required.
• Review audit files, plan audits, and supervise up to four junior staff members on‑site.
• Ensure audits are completed to high standards, on time and within agreed budgets.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for limited companies and partnerships.
• Finalise statutory accounts and related documentation for partner review.
• Review corporate tax computations and VAT returns.
• Use accounting software to produce accurate client and third‑party reports.
• Contribute to service pricing, new client fee quotes, and on‑the‑job training of juniors.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA or ACCA audit professional.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification audit experience with small‑ to medium‑sized corporate clients.
• Background in a Top 100 or well‑established regional accountancy firm.
• Proven ability to manage multiple audit clients, meet strict deadlines and build client relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for client site visits.
