Audit & Accounts Manager – West London

About the role

We are seeking a qualified ACA or ACCA professional to lead audit and accounts work for a fast‑growing top‑tier accountancy practice in West London. Reporting to a Director, you will manage larger audit assignments across multiple sectors while ensuring high‑quality delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver audit assignments for small and medium‑sized corporate clients, including planning, fieldwork supervision and final review.
• Review audit files, supervise up to four junior staff on‑site and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and finalise statutory accounts for limited companies and partnerships.
• Review corporate tax computations, VAT returns and assist with pricing of new client engagements.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA or ACCA with at least three years post‑qualification audit experience in a Top 100 or established regional firm.
• Proven ability to manage multiple audit clients, meet strict deadlines and build strong client relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car for client site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software for accurate client reporting.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodology, statutory accounts preparation and corporate tax/VAT compliance.
