Audit Assistant Manager – Technology & Media

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Assistant Manager to join our Technology & Media team in London. This position is ideal for a recently qualified or newly stepped‑up professional who wants to work with fast‑growing, entrepreneurial businesses in the tech and media sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day audit assignments for technology and media clients.
• Deliver high‑quality audit work and produce accurate, transparent reporting.
• Supervise and coach junior staff on‑site throughout the audit process.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide insights on audit findings.
• Stay informed on market and economic trends affecting high‑growth sectors.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
• Degree educated or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising and coaching junior audit staff.
• Strong understanding of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and broader financial reporting requirements.
• Awareness of regulation, compliance and anti‑money‑laundering requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
