About the role
The client, a fast‑growing top‑20 UK accountancy firm, is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join their Leeds office. The role is hybrid, offering a 36‑hour week across Monday‑Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Continuously review the work of junior team members and provide coaching.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage partner expectations and ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Identify opportunities to add value and deliver additional services.
Required profile
- Previous UK accountancy audit experience.
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Own a car and hold a valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with relevant accountancy software packages.
