Audit Semi‑Senior – up to £38,000 + Study Support

About the role

Pro‑Finance, a Top 50 accountancy firm, is seeking an Audit Semi‑Senior to join its award‑nominated audit team in Milton Keynes. The position offers a balanced mix of audit and accounts work, structured development and support for ACA/ACCA studies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit fieldwork under supervision.
• Work on a diverse client portfolio, including specialist sectors such as FSA, pensions, charities and schools.
• Prepare draft statutory and consolidated accounts under FRS 102.
• Assist in drafting corporation tax computations and management letters.
• Support junior team members and contribute to group reporting as a component auditor.

Required profile

• Minimum 2.5 years of practice experience with consistent audit exposure.
• ACA or ACCA part‑qualified (or at an advanced level) and eligible to sit final exams.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
