Audit Senior – Audit & Accounts Role

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Audit Senior to join a growing regional accountancy firm in South West London. You will manage a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients, balancing audit and year‑end accounting work while developing long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for clients across sectors such as healthcare, IT, transportation and group companies up to £125m turnover.
• Support Audit Managers, contribute to planning, budgeting and deadline management.
• Supervise and coach graduate and junior audit staff on‑site, reviewing their work and providing on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain primary contact with clients, ensuring high‑quality service and timely delivery.
• Prepare statutory accounts and conduct final audit review meetings with senior managers.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA or ACCA auditor with at least 3 years of practice experience.
• Experience in managing audit assignments and junior staff.
• Degree‑educated preferred.
