About the role

As an Audit Senior based in London, you will lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high‑quality financial statements for a portfolio of medium‑sized clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise audit assignments for diverse clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with UK auditing and accounting standards.
• Identify audit risks, develop appropriate audit procedures and report findings.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting their professional development.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Produce detailed audit reports and present results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional accounting or auditing qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple audits and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
