Audit Senior Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established chartered accountancy firm in Staverton to find an experienced Audit Senior Manager. This senior position leads audit engagements from planning through to completion while supporting the firm’s growth and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high technical quality and client service.
• Oversee audit engagements from planning, fieldwork, review to final reporting.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering technical and professional growth.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the audit department.
• Support partners with business development and client relationship activities.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant audit experience, preferably within a practice environment.
• Proven leadership and people‑development abilities.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
