Audit Senior – North London

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit Senior to join a growing, medium‑sized accountancy firm in North London. You will deliver high‑quality audit services to a diverse client base while developing your technical expertise and professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits for a variety of clients across different industries, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and finalisation of audit assignments.
• Identify and address potential risks during the audit process.
• Support junior team members by reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure deadlines are met while adhering to the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with changes in auditing standards and accounting regulations.

Required profile

• A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of external audit experience in the UK.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using audit and accounting software.
