Australia & New Zealand Travel Consultant

About the role

Join an award‑winning travel company as an Australia & New Zealand Travel Consultant, working from home to design bespoke, long‑haul itineraries for clients travelling to these destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailor‑made itineraries covering flights, hotels, tours and transfers for Australia and New Zealand.
• Source rates and products from suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Manage the full sales and customer‑service journey, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Meet personal sales targets and develop a repeat client base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a travel tailor‑made sales role with strong knowledge of Australia and New Zealand.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and ability to prioritise workload.
• Good understanding of supplier contracts and itinerary costing.
• Working knowledge of a travel GDS is preferred but not essential.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £30,000 plus commission.
• Fully remote role with all equipment provided.
• 37.5‑hour week, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30 with occasional Saturday rota (≈2 per month).
