Authorisations & Onboarding Executive

About the role

Join OneDome's Compliance team in Bournemouth to manage the onboarding journey for new Appointed Representative firms and advisers. You will ensure all regulatory requirements are met before authorisation, supporting the growth of our mortgage network.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process adviser and firm applications, including due diligence and referencing checks.
• Manage onboarding cases through to completion and process FCA registrations and updates.
• Liaise with advisers, firms, lenders and providers, responding to telephone and email enquiries.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the onboarding process.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in handling documentation and regulatory information.
• Analytical ability to assess information, identify inconsistencies and follow established processes.
• Organised, able to manage multiple cases, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Collaborative and adaptable to evolving regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with due‑diligence checks and regulatory compliance processes.
• Familiarity with FCA registration procedures.
