AutoCAD Skilled Part II/III Assistant for High-End Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant or Part III Architect with strong AutoCAD expertise to join our boutique practice that delivers contemporary high‑end residential projects across the UK. The successful candidate will contribute to both concept design and technical delivery, working across all RIBA stages on one‑of‑a‑kind homes where design quality and attention to detail are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and detailed architectural drawings for luxury residential projects.
• Produce and manage AutoCAD documentation throughout RIBA stages 0‑7.
• Collaborate with senior architects and the design team to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Assist in coordinating with consultants and contractors to support technical delivery.
• Maintain high standards of detail, material specification, and construction documentation.

Required profile

• Several years’ experience in a small‑to‑mid‑size architectural studio.
• Proven ability to work across all RIBA stages on high‑end residential projects.
• Strong design sensibility and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (advanced proficiency).
