About the role

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a passionate Automotive Lecturer to join a thriving Further Education college in Greater Manchester. The role involves delivering high‑quality, practical automotive education to help learners launch successful careers in the motor‑vehicle industry. Both experienced teachers and industry professionals transitioning to education are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of automotive programmes.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding‑body requirements.
• Support learners to achieve qualifications and career goals.
• Maintain accurate learner records, attendance and progress monitoring.
• Create an inclusive, safe and motivating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, industry partners and contribute to curriculum development.
• Uphold workshop health and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• A recognised Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Motor Vehicle or Automotive Engineering.
• Recent industry experience within the automotive sector.
• Strong passion for developing learners and sharing technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting learner welfare.
