Automotive Technical Trainer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on workshop training, classroom sessions, virtual classrooms and live broadcasts.
• Develop and update learning content, including new‑model launch training.
• Attend brand and factory events such as product launches and factory accreditation programmes.
• Inspire technicians of all experience levels to excel in the industry.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Levels 1‑3, NVQ or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge, particularly in vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
• Passion for automotive technology and a desire to share that passion.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning environments.
• Proactive time‑management and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to commute daily to Milton Keynes.
